About the Event
A Pilates class designed by an oncology rehab certified physical therapist. This class has been adapted for the cancer survivor. We will focus on posture, strength, and balance exercises in order to get you back to living life.
Have a friend or family member who helped you through your cancer journey? Bring them along, they need exercise too!
Classes are $10/class.
Dates and Time: Mondays @7pm. Oct 21st & 28th, Nov 11th & 18th, Dec 9th & 16th
